LabelFlow (“the extension”, “we”, “us”) is a browser extension that helps Vinted sellers download and format their own shipping labels. This policy explains what the extension accesses, what it stores, and what it does — and does not — share.

What the extension accesses

When you are signed in to Vinted and use LabelFlow, it uses your existing Vinted login session (in your own browser) to request, on your behalf:

• your list of sold orders that need a shipping label,
• the shipping label files Vinted issues for those orders,
• the buyer username and carrier for each order (to print on the label for picking).

These requests go directly from your browser to Vinted (and to Vinted’s label file host) — the same requests the Vinted website itself makes. LabelFlow never receives your Vinted password.

What the extension stores

Stored locally on your device only, never transmitted to us:

• SKU-detection patterns you configure,
• a record of which orders you have already processed (kept separately per Vinted account),
• your subscription/trial status and the count of labels you’ve printed this month,
• basic diagnostic logs (order references and request statuses) to help troubleshooting.

You can clear all of this at any time by removing the extension.

What the extension downloads

Formatted label PDFs and picklists are generated in your browser and saved to your Downloads folder. Label images are processed locally and are not uploaded anywhere.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by our payment provider (ExtensionPay, using Stripe). Your card details are entered on their secure checkout — we never see or store them. We receive only whether your subscription is active and which plan you are on.

What we do NOT do

• We do not run a server that receives your Vinted orders, labels, or buyer data.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not track your browsing activity outside of Vinted.
• We do not collect analytics that identify you.

Third-party service

LabelFlow interacts with Vinted, an independent third party. LabelFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Vinted. Vinted may change its website at any time, which can affect how — or whether — the extension works.
